JYVISIONS TEXTURE LED PRODUCT FAMILY

Texture LED Screen

One Surface. Two Roles.

A Texture LED Screen is designed to remain visually useful even when digital content is not playing. Instead of leaving a large black electronic surface in the room, the visible face can become a tactile architectural material, a decorative stone, wood or mirror finish, or customized artwork — then switch back to a digital LED display when content is active.

Texture LED Screen is the JYVISIONS product-family name. Buyers may also describe this category as a texture LED display, texture LED wall, textured LED screen, textured LED wall, texture LED panel or textured LED panel, depending on whether they are searching by product, wall application or surface effect.

THE OFF-STATE DESIGN PROBLEM

Why Texture LED?

The idea starts with a simple project problem: the display may only be active part of the day, but the screen remains visible all the time. JYVISIONS repeatedly hears the same requirement from buyers and designers — they want the LED to blend with the decorative wall, look less like an LED screen, or remain a painting or culture wall when idle.

Texture LED addresses that off-state requirement without asking every project to use the same surface process. JYVISIONS currently offers three product routes, each built around a different visual role when the screen is not playing content.

THREE PRODUCT ROUTES

Choose the Right Texture LED Screen

01

3D Relief Texture LED Screen

For projects that need real physical depth and a tactile architectural surface. Best when the surrounding wall uses 3D stone, tile or other relief materials and the LED surface needs to belong to the same material language.

02

Decorative Texture LED Screen

For projects that prioritize finish variety. Decorative texture film is laminated over the LED surface to create stone, marble, wood grain, mirror and other decorative finishes. The route can be applied to COB or SMD + GOB platforms when a flatter surface is acceptable and design flexibility matters most.

03

Custom Art Texture LED Screen

For projects where the inactive surface should become artwork, branding or a culture wall rather than imitate a building material. The current route uses an SMD mask-based artwork process.

DESIGN-LED ENVIRONMENTS

Texture LED for Architectural Interiors

Texture LED is most relevant where the display becomes part of the interior rather than a temporary standalone screen. Typical projects include hotel and resort lobbies, corporate headquarters, meeting rooms, premium retail and showrooms, museums and cultural venues.

The shared requirement is not simply “a special LED screen.” It is that the visible surface still has a design role when content stops. For projects involving glass, close-view resolution, unusual geometry or multi-surface environments, use Architectural LED Integration to compare the broader LED route.

A FASTER SELECTION METHOD

Start With the Off-State Goal

Before asking for a quotation, define what the wall should become when the display is idle. That single decision usually narrows the product route faster than starting with LED packaging or a long specification list.

Then prepare the screen dimensions, site photos, primary viewing distance and the material or artwork reference you want the finished surface to match. JYVISIONS can use these inputs to confirm the product route and sample plan before production.
